Hey Trisha! Thanks for the comment. I got that blog design from sweet shoppe designs. You can find the link to it on my blog. Scroll all the way down till you see the orange flower on the right and just click on that. It was $5.49 for all the pre-made graphics and it had super easy instructions for adding it to your blog.
