HHHHHAAAAACCHOOOO!!!!!

Am I the only one experiencing allergy attacks. I was woke up this morning by the howl of the wind and debris being flung around outside in the back yard. I could only imagine the allergy attacks I would be having when I went outside the house today for work. Fall is definately among us! The leaves are falling and it's windy! My street is lined with beautiful trees but recently the city finally trimmed them up real nice, which is good cause those trees needed it. As I was driving to work, I see all the stuff just flying around kicked up by the high winds. But you know the result of highwinds is a beautiful outcome. If you know anything about Southern Cali, the smog can kill someone alone! After the winds, it is all blown away. You can see the moutains even clearer and it looks beautiful. It is supposed to be about 80 degrees today which is nice. Happy Fall everyone!

Jones & Smith

This is me and my scrappin buddy Holly. This is what happens when God works his magic. If I never was a scrapbooking consultant me and Holly would have never gotten as close as we are, it's almost scary! We are co-workers, but never would have thought we had this huge thing in common. We have so much more in common it is scary. Like...we are the only children, both our maidenn name were Barnett, then we go and mary both generic names: Smith and Jones! People think we make up our names! Inthis picture myself, her mom and some of our closest scrapbooking friends decided to give Holly a surprise birthday at our local scrapbook store called Among Friends. She was surprised even shed a couple tears! Did she think we forgot? WRONG! We were supposed to scrap later that evening, but got caught up feeding our faces and eating delicious cake and ice cream!

Weird Weather

Living in California you just never know. Considering what has been going on in other states I really shouldn't complain. I guess sometimes the weather in Southern Cali you aren't supposed to understand! It was hot today and then had the nerve to start raining around 5ish? What? I can't wait for winter to come. I am really not too much of a hot weather person. I rather be in cold weather and be able to warm up with blankets and clothes instead of trying to take clothes off sweating in the process! Which do you prefer? Summer or Winter?

My husband insisted on wearing this hat all day when we were at Disneyland! I finally had enough!!! =) 

Desperate Housewives BACK!!

Am I the only one who is just hooked on DHW. The familes of Wisteria Lane have me on the edge of my seat! Toinght is the night. I have been waiting all summer..I can't wait.

How many hours have I spent sitting at this pc trying to figure out how to navigate and operate this blog? I have seen some pretty interesting blogs and hopefully I will achieve that! Anyway, I think I really need a break here.

Peaceful & Serene

So peaceful and serene. This is a picture of the calm Carribean in July, before all the storms. We were on our way back to Florida after a 7 day cruise. It was beautiful.

This is me! 

My summer could had been better....

June 7th my mom was admitted ot the hospital and has been there ever since. There has been complication after complication. I am the only child so geez, its so hard dealing with the emotions that I have because I am so close to my mom. About 90% of her stay she has been bedridden, with a trach meaning unable to really speak to me. She was able to come home last Thursday, but then rushed back early Tuesday morning due to swelling in her extremeties (blood clots in her legs). So I figure anyone who reads this post if you can please send up a special shout out above and pray for my mom for a steady recovery. I love her and don't know what I would do without her.

Why is MOTHER NATURE so mad at us???

Is our world coming to an end right before our very eyes? I cannot stop thinking about these poor people who are having to run from these angry bitches Katrina and her friend Rita! Who do they think they are? I mean come one? What is the deal? Is our government going to respons as slowly again as they did to Katrina? Are they acting on the prewarning signs? I sure hope so! Lets please continue to pray for these civillians lives as they have to deal with the torment of Mother Nature herself.

OH MY GOSH!!! 3 MORE DAYS TILL DHW!!!

Okay for those of you who don't know.....DWH stands for Desperate HouseWives!!! I am so excited that the new season will be starting. I am glad Felicity won the award, becuase I think she gets a little less attentionthen some of the other ladies. Good for her!
Any thoughts or input on what the new season will be like? I would like to know whats up with the new family on the block! INTERESTING!!!! I can't wait!

I had to see what was the big deal with all this Blog stuff! It sounded like a monster or a big nasty booger, hell I didn't know! So I had to figure it out and try one for myself to see what the big hoopla was about Blogging! Again, this is only a test...I have to see what this is all about and if I like, I will stay!
